The Labyrinth is a super cool place to go when you are bored in Lindon, Utah. This reality games location is relatively new, and increasing in popularity tenfold. Located inside of AIrborne (another exciting place to go), Labyrinth is fun for everyone, especially if you enjoy challenges - both physical and mental, and adrenaline impact games.

The Labyrinth consists of 16 levels or courses that you must complete in order to get to the ultimate level, The Labyrinth. These 16 courses are all sensored and have different obstacles and challenges for you and up to 5 members of a group to complete. All ranging in difficulty, each course has a “mental” and “physical” ranking that allow you to assess how easy or hard the course should be. Within each room, there are three more rooms to follow that also deal with the challenge. For example, one of the first challenges you see once you enter the reality games is the “Volcano” as you step inside the first room, you must complete the challenge to unlock the door to the next room, all the way up to the third or fourth room of the final level for that room.

In the “Volcano”, the second room opens to some rope swinging challenges, which then opens up to the final level of the “Volcano.” If you pass the final level of that challenge, you get a card which you must hold onto in order to pass the ultimate Labyrinth level. In the end, you need all 16 cards in order to figure out the final level.
I absolutely loved Labyrinth. I have actually gone twice now because it is so much fun. There are definitely rooms for everyone’s abilities, some more physical than others. The most intensive physical rooms in my opinion were the Chutes and Ladders room, and the school bus. These require lots of climbing and swinging. But, not everyone in the group needs to participate. As long as one or two people can complete what is necessary to pass that certain room, the next room in the challenge will be completely difficult. The more mentally involved rooms are a lot more strategic. The “Vikings” room is definitely one that is more strategic. All that is involved is reading maps and determining a pattern to pass through the next room.
My favorite room is the Mini Baking Cupcakes room. This room pretends that you have shrunk to bite size, and you must figure your way out of the kitchen. The first room in this challenge is getting out of the oven.

The second is getting out of the sink. The third is getting out of the blender. Finally, the last room, is strategic in remembering which piece of cake was last. Most rooms involve some level of physical aspect in order to pass, but all of the rooms differ and provide challenges that everyone can do. When you go to purchase a pass, the cheapest option is the groupon for 4 people for 2 hours. I will definitely warn that 2 hours is not enough time to complete all of the rooms. You can purchase an all day pass, but that is a lot more expensive. The reality games also has a Zombie Warfare option instead of the games, I have not experienced the warfare, but I have heard it is fun. I would recommend purchasing the 2 hour option, and bringing lots of friends to figure out the challenges as well or coming multiple times since you will be tired and hot after 2 hours of physical and mental challenges.
